BCMS is a non-profit educational organization. We strive to keep our tuition fees as accessible as possible while ensuring that students and teachers thrive, and we do not receive government support or money. This makes fundraising crucial to our future.
Fundraising and Our Mission
BCMS has always stressed community. We want to raise our children in a world that values the help we can give each other - whether that is through community service hours, monetary gifts, or sharing gifts or services that are unique to your family. Participation is key.
We strive for 100% parent participation within our community. Through all our efforts, we can make our school an excellent place to for children to learn and thrive.
Ways to Give
Capital Campaign -
Brush Creek Montessori's high-quality classrooms are in demand these days, and we would like to respond. We are launching a campaign to beautify and expand, by renovating our current office space, and building one more Primary Classroom.
The existing office building will become a multi-purpose community room for the entire school to use and enjoy. This room will enable us to gather as a community for assemblies and music performances, will meet library and computer needs, and give us space for a commercial kitchen, so our students can implement a Garden-to-Table program.
BCMS participates in the easy e-Scrip program, which helps schools and nonprofits raise funds. All you have to do is sign up, choose BCMS, register your cards, and shop! Go to our Shop & Dine page for more information about signing up, and local merchants.
Dine and Donates
Join us throughout the year as our community gathers to eat at local restaurants and raise money at the same time. Participating local restaurants donate a percentage of every BCMS community member's bill to our school on these nights.
Dine and Donates will be announced through the newsletter, at kiosks, and through classroom teachers.
School Events: Fall Festival and more
Every year our Board and Parent committees plan a Fall Festival and other events build bridges across the age-levels. Usually these involve a fundraising effort, and we need help in various ways. Attending the event is, of course, the first way to help! We also need volunteers to help our Board plan and staff these celebrations.
This year join us at our Fall Festival on November 5th, 4-7pm, and contact Cheyenne Stenvers-Stolzfus if you would like to help with this or other events. Stay tuned!
