The academic calendar is published prior to the beginning of each school year and includes open and close dates, holidays, and seasonal breaks. The Brush Creek calendar follows the calendar of the Santa Rosa City Schools.

Each September students and families are invited to attend the Open House, held on Labor Day. A visit from new students intended to add to their comfort level on the first day of class.

Each school day begins at 9AM. The morning is valuable working and learning time for each child and consistency and timeliness are necessary for an optimal academic experience. Children may arrive as early as 8:45AM without being subject to daycare charges. If your child must arrive late for school, please notify the office.

The morning Primary School program ends at 11 :45AM. Students enrolled in the half-day program must be picked up by noon. No daycare is available after the morning program. The full-day program ends promptly at 2:45 PM. Daycare charges begin at 3:00PM.

Lower and Upper Elementary classes end at 3PM. Daycare charges begin at 3:15PM.
